Ordering

If you are already a Cheer Fantastic Apparel Dealer you may sign in and submit orders online. Custom products and shipping prices will be calculated after submission and applied to your account. Measuring

Samples are available for all styles please call to order a size run in your desired style. When measuring use the proper size chart for your product.

 

New Accounts

To receive credit terms, call us at 1.800.817.5871.  You will be notified once your account is set up.  All opening orders must be placed by telephone, fax, or mail.  Subsequent orders can be placed via the internet, telephone, fax, or mail.  All accounts must be re-sellers of Cheer Fantastic® merchandise, not end users.   

 

Terms 

Net 30 terms are given to accounts with prior credit approval. (Download Credit Application). Accounts who are not yet credit-approved may order by C.O.D. cashier’s check or C.O.D. money order. 
Accounts with past due balances will be placed on credit hold. 
A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be assessed on all past due balances.
Returned checks will be assessed a $20.00 service charge per check, per occurrence.
All prices are in US dollars.

 

Custom Uniforms

Custom uniforms are guaranteed to deliver in 6 weeks.  Production time begins after the receipt of a signed confirmation of your custom uniform order, and only if the account does not have a past-due balance.  A 20% discount will be credited to your account if your custom uniform order does not ship in the guaranteed time frame.  Men’s custom uniforms, bodyliners, FormFlex styles, jackets, pants, low-rise skirts, alterations, extra sizing, length alterations, embroidered uniforms, or orders under 6 pieces do not fall under the 6 week guarantee. Please allow approximately 10 weeks for these items.

Custom Pom-Pons

Custom pom pons ship in approximately 3 weeks from the receipt of the order.  We cannot guarantee exact shipping times for pom pons. 

Backorders

If a backorder becomes necessary after shipment of your initial order, it will automatically be shipped as the merchandise becomes available, unless we are otherwise notified.

 

Cancelations

All cancelations of advance booking orders must be in writing and must be made 90 days prior to the requested ship date.  Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.  

 

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified at the time of your order, shipments will be made by the fastest and least expensive way (normally UPS Ground Service).  Freight and handling are FOB Cheer Fantastic® warehouse.  Freight and handling costs are added to the invoice and must be remitted when payment of the order is made.
Delivery dates quoted are approximate and are subject to change without notice. 

 

Care & Color Matching

Please refer to garment labels for proper washing and drying instructions.  Cheer Fantastic® assumes no responsibility for garments not cared for the recommended way.  Due to various methods of cleaning and laundering, we are not able to guarantee against shrinkage or color fastness. 
Cheer Fantastic® goes to great lengths to insure that our colors consistently match.  However, scientifically, it is not possible to achieve an exact color match from one dye lot to another.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect match from order to order, or from one fabric to another.

 

Returns
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE - Cheer Fantastic® only sells first rate, top quality merchandise that has been rigorously inspected during the production process.  You and your customer’s satisfaction is guaranteed.  We are always striving for a zero percent defect rate, but we realize that an occasional defect may occur.  Should you ever encounter a defective Cheer Fantastic® product, please call customer service for a return authorization number.  Write the return authorization number on the outside of the carton and send it back to us, with a list of items returned and an explanation of the defect, to:

Always use U.P.S. or Federal Express and keep your tracking number since we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be traced.  Your account will be credited for the originally invoiced dealer price of the defective items returned.  We recommend dealers inspect garments before adding lettering of any kind, since we will not be responsible for reimbursement of lettering charges on defective or misshipped garments.  Please note that Cheer Fantastic® reserves the right to judge a product as non-defective if such proof exists. 
SHORTAGE OR MIS-SHIPMENTS - Shortages and/or mis-shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.  Please provide customer service with the following information when you report a shipping error: customer number, invoice number, invoice date, and an explanation of the shipping error, including item numbers, colors and sizes of the mis-shipped items.
Custom Orders - Custom orders are not returnable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened: Briefs, bodysuits or socks.

 

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise except defective goods and shipping errors. 


Private Label Program

Private labeling of most of our products is available.  Please call customer service to inquire about the private label program details.

 

Liability

All merchandise contained in the Cheer Fantastic® catalog is sold under the condition that Cheer Fantastic® cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury.  The user assumes all risks of injury relative to the use of our products. No company representative can waive or change this condition.
